What's In Your Jazz Postpaid Bill?

Monthly Package Fee: Fixed cost of your chosen postpaid plan (e.g., Jazz Postpaid Red 500, 1000, etc.).

Additional Usage Charges: If you exceed your plan's included minutes/data/SMS, extra units are billed at out-of-bundle rates.

Device Installment (if applicable): If you got a phone on a Jazz postpaid handset plan, the monthly installment appears here.

Taxes: Federal Excise Duty (FED) on telecom services (12.5%), SIM Tax, and any applicable provincial taxes.

Late Payment Charges: Applied if the previous bill was not cleared by the due date.

Visit any Jazz Experience Center with your original CNIC. Jazz will verify your identity, check your credit history, and process the SIM ownership transfer to postpaid. You keep your existing number. The process takes 24–48 hours for activation. You can also apply online at jazz.com.pk/postpaid.

Extra charges can come from out-of-bundle usage (calls/data/SMS beyond your plan's allowance), late payment charges from the previous month, value-added services you may have accidentally subscribed to, and taxes (FED, Income Tax Advance). Check the bill details on My Jazz app to see each line item.
